Most of our kitchens are renovation projects and customers often want to remove walls, change windows, add flooring, and integrate the new kitchen into a more contemporary or "open" concept plan for the home.
We work with multiple cabinet manufacturers to identify the best supplier to fit the particular specifications of your Jersey Shore kitchen. You can make your kitchen cabinet purchase direct from our supplier and simultaneously contract with us to build out the space, install the kitchen cabinets and supply related services like plumbing, electrical, tile installation, countertops and more from our network of providers.
We walk through your home with you and discuss your vision for your kitchen, or "wish list". We come back to you with a broad-based budget for your Jersey Shore kitchen remodeling project. Line by line this budget breaks down all the activities included in your project and includes actual costing for some tasks, but mostly "guesstimated" costs based on past projects and current pricing.
If you feel based on our discussions so far, and our proposed budget, that you are inclined to work with us we will schedule a measurement, and your visit to a design center we like to work with and have used for over 20 years. There we will discuss door style and colors and level of quality desired. Following this meeting our Jersey Shore kitchen designer will work up a computer aided design for your review and consideration. This design will show multiple views of the proposed kitchen.
Further tweaking or changes get worked out between the kitchen designer and customer after which time a final cost for kitchen cabinets will be proposed. This costing will go a long way towards finalizing our previously budgeted expenses into final numbers for the project's cost.
At this point we would certainly want to forge a formal agreement with you to go forward with your Jersey Shore kitchen remodeling project. Your kitchen cabinets can be signed off and ordered from our supplier with you paying them directly.
Following an agreement and downpayment on the kitchen cabinets we suggest local supplier showrooms for all other needs. We have preferred suppliers for appliances, countertops, tile, flooring and plumbing accessories that we will need to complete your Jersey Shore kitchen remodeling project. When we are able to secure a discount during your shopping process we will share this with you 50/50.
Our in-house Jersey Shore kitchen remodeling team will do all the necessary demo, permits (if needed), installation, carpentry, tiling and painting. All other tasks will be performed by suppliers in our network, professionals that we use frequently.

We like to bring our customers to local showrooms of regional suppliers for kitchen tile, where the inventory is vast and specializes in coastal or "beachy" styles so often preferred here at the Jersey Shore. We have a kitchen countertop fabricator with a local yard and inventory of granite, quartz and quartzite, among others.
